Vodafone Potuguese alter the shape of Customer Support

Previously, Vodafone’s customers to use customer support, were always discouraged because they always spoke with a recorded voice and had to stay a long time that this is talk and that is just the text already pre-defined.
Well, now Vodafone tried to resolve this problem, but only users of the Nokia 6210 and Nokia 6124 Navigator is that it may use this new version of Customer Support, for now.
The only difference is that formerly solve their problems listening to a recorded voice, and now just look at your device and choose the options you want.
This service is free for users and will be expanded to 15 countries and the next country to Spain to receive with this new version of Customer Support.
Vodafone currently receives over one million calls per month for its centers of help, but with this new version of Customer Support, they expect that this number is reduced by several thousand.
Vodafone to launch this new version of Customer Support, is not intended to exempt employees of its centers to aid the client, because they know that although the number of calls per month is reduced, the complexity, it is growing, by making each call lasted longer than usual, which meant that its employees are always at work.
